Cleaning

Like glass, resin may show dust and fingerprints. Use a mild glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to remove as needed.

Avoid rough cloths and paper towels as these may scratch the piece. Do not use abrasive or alcohol-based cleaners as they may cause the surface to breakdown.

Hanging

When choosing a spot to hang your piece, avoid hanging in regular, direct sunlight or high heat, which may cause degradation or yellowing over time.

Hanging hardware requirements may vary based on piece size/weight and wall construction. If you are unsure, consider finding an Art Installation service.

Packing

To move or package your resin piece, first wrap in smooth, non-abrasive paper such as kraft or butcher paper. Then add padding such as cardboard or foam and corner covers. Once cushioned, the piece may be safely placed into a box or crate.

Do not use plastic wrap, wax paper or tissue paper directly on the surface as they may stick or mark the surface. Do not use bubble wrap on the surface or as padding, as the bubbles may cause texturing on the surface.
